Justify ya cafe is a busy cafe located in Tweed Mall, we are looking for an experienced hospitality skilled to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident barista and cafe all-rounder who takes pride producing consistency. Great coffee ,enjoys working in a fast paced workplace, and has either management experience or the leadership skills to step into a management role.

We are looking for someone who:
Has has excellent barista skills and can produce high-quality coffee consistency.
Has experience in a busy cafe environment.
Delivers exceptional customer service.
Is organised, reliable and able to multitask under pressure.
Leads by example with a positive, skilled attitude.
Has management or supervisory experience, or is ready to take the next step in their caree.




Is passionate about hospitality and enjoys being part of a strong team.

Trading hours
Monday to Friday 7 am till 4:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday 7 am till 3:30 pm

Pay: $26.44 – $41.86 per hour
