We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused team member to join our Bundaberg store. Whether you already have piercing experience or are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining customer service, retail sales, and skilled body piercing. Full training will be provided to the right applicant.

Your day may include
Greeting and assisting customers.
Performing professional body piercings (training provided if required).
Helping customers choose jewellery and aftercare products.
Providing outstanding customer service.
Maintaining exceptional infection control and hygiene standards.
Processing sales and bookings.
Keeping the store clean, organised, and well presented.




Working independently while also contributing to a supportive team workplace.
Creating a fun and positive experience for every customer.

Previous retail, beauty, hospitality, or customer service experience is highly regarded but not essential.
