Salary: Enjoy a fantastic hourly rate of $33.87 + shift allowances

Knowledge
Successful completion of the RSM Pathway preferred

Skills
Maintains the highest standard of compliance, safety and cleanliness
Handles cash with the utmost care and aims to achieve 100% till accuracy at all times
Efficiently merchandises stock, ensuring correct rotation to minimise loss
Ensures all controls, policies, procedures and guidelines are followed
Accurately checks off store deliveries where required
Proactively identifies and reports incidents, hazards and near misses
Proactively identifies and recommends improvements to safety and security procedures
Ability to provide verbal feedback in the form of praise and constructive criticism
