Job Overview RSM Australia is seeking a motivated and detail‑focused Accountant to join our Manjimup office. This role offers client exposure, hands‑on experience, and explicit career pathways within a supportive regional team.

Responsibilities - Prepare and review financial statements and supporting work papers.
Prepare income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.
Assist with BAS, IAS, and other tax compliance obligations.
Provide tax advice across areas including GST, CGT, FBT, and income tax.
Contribute to general business advisory work and client engagement.
Work closely with Partners and support junior team members.
Apply understanding of the business workplace and client industries to deliver practical, client‑focused solutions.





Qualifications and Skills - A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, CA or equivalent qualification, or currently working towards one.
Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
