As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Accountant to join our team and support the financial management of our expanding development portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will provide accounting and administrative support across multiple property development projects. This role offers an excellent prospect to gain exposure to project accounting and financial management within the property development industry.
About You
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline (or actively working toward CA/CPA qualification).
Experience in an accounting or finance support role with robust understanding of accounting processes and reconciliations.
Previous experience in construction, property development and land subdivision related industries is highly regarded but not required.
Experience with accounting software such as MYOB or Xero.
Possess valuable communication skills and a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to speak and read Mandarin is highly desirable.
