Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance

Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, nuanced problem statements

Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, rigor, and logical soundness

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model reasoning

Ensure scientific clarity and depth across all deliverables — catching errors and ambiguities before they propagate Who You Are Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics,



Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, etc.)

Strong expertise in at least one of: genetics, molecular biology, biotechnology, or bioinformatics

Comfortable working in Python or R for research or data analysis

Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex science clearly and precisely

Detail-oriented and methodical, with a genuine commitment to scientific accuracy

Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research assessment workflows

Familiarity with AI tools or large language model outputs

Interdisciplinary background spanning multiple biological domains
