Biology Expert (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training About The Role What if your deep knowledge of genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics could directly shape how AI reasons through the most complex problems in contemporary science? We're looking for Biology experts — Masters and PhD holders — to help train cutting-edge AI models by developing, solving, and evaluating advanced biological problems with real-world relevance. This is a fully remote, versatile contract role built for scientists who want to do meaningful, intellectually stimulating work on their own schedule.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems spanning genetics, molecular biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, and related areas
Design complex, real-world problem statements that challenge and improve AI model reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, rigor, depth, and clarity
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts
Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of scientific integrity Who You Are Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, etc.)
Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or data analysis
Exceptionally transparent written communicator — you can explain complex science with precision and accessibility
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable when working independently
Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
Familiarity with AI tools, language models, or scientific benchmarking
Broad cross-disciplinary knowledge spanning multiple areas of biology
