Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge
Develop explicit, step-by-step solutions grounded in scientific accuracy and logical structure
Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual correctness, depth, and quality of reasoning
Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
Help push the boundaries of what AI can understand in the life sciences Who You Are Pursuing or holding a Masters degree in Biology,
Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Robust scientific reasoning and problem-solving ability across advanced biology domains
Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and provide structured, actionable feedback in writing
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with areas such as molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, or physiology
