SPARTAN Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd is a growing Australian manufacturer of premium truck bull bars and transport accessories. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality products and are looking for an experienced Aluminum Metal Polisher to join our production team in Pakenham.
About the Role
You will be responsible for polishing aluminium bull bars and components to a premium mirror finish while maintaining our high-quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Polish aluminium bull bars and fabricated components.
Operate polishing equipment safely and efficiently.
Remove weld marks, scratches and imperfections.
Maintain consistent, high-quality finishes.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Spartan quality standards.
Keep your work area clean and organised.
Work closely with the fabrication and welding teams to meet production schedules.
About You
Previous experience polishing aluminium is essential.
Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and motivated.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
