The Ventia team at our Defence Base Services site in Victoria Barracks Southbank, is in need of a reliable, upbeat and responsible Bartender to join the team.

The Officers

Mess prides itself on the quality of the beverages it serves and has an extensive wine cellar. You'll play an important role in creating a excellent experience for every guest. This is a casual position offering a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Shift times - Wednesday 3:30pm-7:30pm - Friday 2:30pm-8:30pm Benefits - Set weekly shifts - $33.85 per hour + penalties and superannuation - City location with easy access to public transport - Training and support What we're looking for - Outstanding customer service skills - Bartending experience - Ability to operate POS system - Experience making cocktails (advantageous) - Interest in quality Australian wines, spirits and beers (desirable) - Basic food preparation (cheese platters and heating snacks)
