The Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences while helping the store achieve sales and KPI targets. Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge
Achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets
Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Assisting with stock processing and replenishment
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised store setting
Supporting loss prevention and operational compliance
Contributing to a positive and team-oriented team culture Qualifications - Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion, footwear or sports apparel highly regarded)
A strong customer‑first mindset
Confidence in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Great communication skills and a positive attitude
The ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
