What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage the entire project program, including milestones and sequencing
Keep budget vs actuals tight, approve variations, manage contingencies
Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants and inspectors
Run site meetings and resolve blockers quick
Lead with safety, quality and zero surprises at practical completion
Engage clients confidently and own the project delivery experience

What You Bring




Proven construction project management experience (modular or residential ideal)
Strength in budgeting, scheduling, contract control & documentation
Confident communicator with a delivery mindset
Current driver’s licence + ability to attend regional sites
Trade qualified carpenter or degree in Construction Management – desirable
Strong IT skills
