Digital Marketing Manager

Kinetic Consulting Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support the company's ongoing business objectives.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across multiple online marketing channels.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and marketing analytics to improve results.
Coordinate content planning and digital communications to enhance brand awareness.
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively.
Manage marketing budgets and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify market trends, competitor activities,



and prospects for growth.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant company policies and industry standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Previous experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional setting.
Full working rights in Australia or eligibility to work in Australia.

Salary

Minimum AUD 7,500 – Maximum AUD 9,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
