Personality
Fluency in English
Equivalent as 2 years work as a full-time Barista working in a fast paced, high volume setting (12kg daily)
Machine maintenance and grind adjustment
All different brew methods
Highly organised and quick
Presentation and grooming to match our corporate environment
Visa for full working rights in Australia for 30 hours or Australian citizen
Necessary experience for front of house applying:
Cheerful Personality
Fluency in English
