About the ROLE:
Lead a small team of amazing individuals to provide attentive, fast and productive service, high quality espresso coffee and simple yet delicious food.
Be the business owner’s advocate and most trusted member of the team.
Build connection with our customers and community.
Take responsibility for the set up and presentation of the café on a daily basis.
Take responsibility for the timely ordering of inventory and supplies on a daily basis.
Take responsibility for a small amount of daily administration.
Guide and support staff training.
Excellent payrates - Level 3 Supervisor OR Salary available for the perfect candidate.

About YOU:

­Strong and confident communicator with a positive disposition.
­Supervisory / Management experience (min. 2 years) in either a café, restaurant or QSR.
­Exceptional barista / specialty espresso experience (min. 2 years).
­Confident food prep and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
­Safety-minded.
­Strong literacy skills (reading, writing, spelling).
­Numerical competency (numbers, counting).
­Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
