RSL Lifecare are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our popular café at Pozieres Retirement Village in Port Macquarie.

This permanent full time role offers the opportunity to be part of a vibrant retirement living community where hospitality, connection and customer experience are at the heart of what we do. What You'll Do
Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
Lead, coach and support a small café team
Deliver excellent customer service and presentation standards
Drive café sales and increase both internal and external patronage
Manage stock, ordering,



costs and food safety compliance
Coordinate village events and catering prospects
Support local marketing and promotional activities
Create a welcoming and community-focused café setting

What You'll Bring
Experience in a café, hospitality or food service environment
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong customer service and people leadership skills
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Availability to work a full-time roster
