Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Morningside, Queensland. This casual role is essential for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of service and quality, ensuring that every cup of coffee is crafted to perfection.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
Oversee the settings and maintenance of coffee machines to ensure optimal performance.
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation during busy periods.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Barista experience
Experience in front of house roles
Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
