At Waterco & Davey Water, we support customers across plumbing, pool & spa, farms and household.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Balcatta branch. This is a full time, office-based role. Monday to Friday only — no weekends.

About the Role

This is a practical, front-line role. You’ll be on the phone and at the trade counter helping customers every day.

You’ll take orders, answer questions, and keep things moving. It’s busy, hands-on, and suits someone who enjoys dealing with people and getting things done.

What You’ll Be Doing
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Serve customers at the trade counter
Enter and process orders accurately
Check pricing, stock, and delivery details
Help customers with product queries
Work closely with sales and warehouse teams




Keep records up to date in the system

About You
Experience in customer service, either in an office or trade counter
Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Valuable attention to detail, especially with order entry
Confident using computers and systems
Experience in a technical or trade-related industry is highly valued (plumbing, pumps, hardware, building supplies, etc.)
Reliable, team-focused, and willing to learn
