NDIS Disability Support Worker – Male, Arabic or Chaldean Speaking

Your Connects is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate NDIS Disability Support Worker.

Ongoing position with regular hours and the chance to transition into permanent full time employment based on performance, participant needs and service requirements.

Due to the participant’s personal support needs and expressed preferences, applicants must be:
Male
Fluent or highly proficient in English
Able to speak Arabic or Chaldean
Experience with cognitive disabilities

Due to the participant’s communication, cultural and personal-support requirements, this position requires a male support worker who speaks Arabic or Chaldean and can communicate proficiently in English. These are genuine requirements of this participant-specific role.





These requirements are essential for this specific participant, and only applicants who meet all criteria will progress.

Applicants must also hold
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Current Working with Children Check
Infection Prevention and Control certificate
Current driver licence
Reliable insured vehicle

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
