Customer Service Representative

Hip Pocket Mandurah, Port Kennedy & Naval Base are seeking a casual, part-time or full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mandurah or Port Kennedy stores.

As a key member of our team, you will support day-to-day store operations while delivering outstanding customer service across retail, sales and basic production processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, qualified service to customers in store, via phone and email
Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice
Process sales, orders and payments accurately from POS through to delivery
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment

Skills & Experience
Previous retail sales experience (preferred)
Experience in corporate uniforms or a related supply industry (highly regarded)
Strong computer literacy and confidence using POS systems
Knowledge of workwear, embroidery or heat transfer is an advantage

Requirements
Available Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: From $27.81 per hour
