What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with gusto and professionalism
Creating and updating jobs in our job management system
Making outbound calls to follow up service enquiries and book estimates (no cold calling)
Maintaining and assisting with the service schedule
Supporting our sales team with bookings and customer information
Ensuring accurate notes, data entry, and record keeping across systems
Taking initiative to solve customer issues and keep things moving

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a busy customer service environment
Excellent data entry accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills,



written, verbal, and phone
A proactive problem-solver who loves helping customers
Strong organization and planning skills
Experience using service & ticketing systems is highly advantageous
HVAC/Heating and cooling or trades background is preferred but not essential
