Rusty’s Espresso, a subsidiary of Hawkesbury Hills Catering Company, is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Café All‑Rounder to join our team in a Permanent Part‑Time role. If you love good coffee, great people, and a workplace where everyone pitches in, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

You’ll work across a mix of barista duties, food preparation, customer service, and general café operations. This is a hands‑on role in a quick‑paced but supportive environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, protected, and efficient workspace.

Hours: 7:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday Location: Glendenning, NSW

What We’re Looking For
12+ months of experience in a similar café or hospitality setting
Confident making coffees (barista experience preferred)




Experience with cooking and food preparation
Completed basic Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transport to and from work
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
