Synergie is currently seeking experienced Day Shift Pick Packer for an immediate start at a Gepps Cross location, working with a global leader in supply chain solutions that supports some of the world’s largest quick-service restaurant brands.

Due to continued growth and increased operational demand, multiple positions are available for reliable and experienced candidates ready to hit the ground running.

Pay Rate: $39.14per hour + freezer allowance
Shift: Day Shift - 9:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role
Accurate picking and packing of orders in a fast-paced warehouse
Working in chiller/ freezer environments and dry goods area (essential)
Physically demanding role with regular manual handling
Adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards

To Be Considered, You Must be
Comfortable and reliable working in cold, chiller, and freezer conditions
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Proven warehouse or pick packing experience (essential)




Robust work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
