About the role
Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
Assist in the effective running of Kitchen operations - Stock management
Assist head chef in menu planning
Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
About you
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commands respect in the kitchen
Team player and supportive of a culture of team work
High food standards in taste and presentation
