Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages.
Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
Take customer orders using the POS system.
Run food and drinks to tables.
Transparent and reset tables promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the café, dining area and coffee station.
Restock displays and supplies throughout the day.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
