Liaise between Project managers, Drafters, and factory foreman.
Coordinating production runs.
Follow our procedure and ensure quality checks are met and production meets the schedule.
Confident in problem-solving.
Daily production reviews and capacity planning.
To stay two steps ahead of the game.
Booking paint shop and deliveries.
Managing Inventory

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
4 years experience in production management within a joinery business or running a joinery business.
Excellent people skills
Presentable appearance
Sound computer skills, working with Jobman scheduling and capacity planning.
Calm and organised nature
Excellent communicator
