We’re seeking energetic Bar & Gaming Attendants at Club Parkview to join our vibrant venue in Goodna, Ipswich. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve beverages and snacks to customers in a timely and friendly manner
Ensure compliance with Queensland gaming machine regulations and responsible gambling guidelines
Monitor gaming areas to provide support and assistance to patrons when needed
Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in both bar and gaming areas
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
certification as well as Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)
Previous experience in hospitality, or gaming setting is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a diverse clientele
Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team setting
Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
