We’re looking for an experienced Tax Consulting Manager to join Slomoi Immerman Partners (SIP) in Melbourne. This is an opportunity to step into a technical, hands‑on manager‑level role supporting the delivery of high‑quality tax consulting outcomes for private and family business clients.

What you’ll be doing
Managing tax consulting and advisory work for private and family business clients
Preparing practical, commercial advice across tax structuring, transactions and direct and indirect tax matters
Supporting ATO engagement and compliance‑related matters
Working closely with Taxation Directors, clients, referrers and the broader SIP team
Coaching junior team members and contributing to strong technical standards across the team
What we’re looking for
Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, law or a related discipline
CA, CPA or CTA qualification preferred
6+ years’ tax consulting experience in a similar professional services environment
Confidence working with private and family business clients
A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and support junior team members
Holds valid working rights in Australia
