About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. With flexible hours and shifts available seven days a week, this role offers an excellent chance for people seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful impact every day.

You will support participants to achieve their goals, build independence, and actively engage with their community while providing protected, respectful, and person-centred care.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Calm, patient, and compassionate.
An excellent communicator with robust interpersonal skills.
A genuine positive role model who encourages independence, confidence, and inclusion.




Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team setting.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, or a related qualification (or a willingness to obtain one).
Current First Aid Certificate.
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Current National Police Check.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
A current Australian Driver's Licence.
Reliable, roadworthy transportation.
