Our client in Minchinbury is a leader in industrial electrical, automation, and connectivity solutions. They are seeking a Wire Harness Assembler to join their team and help manufacture and assemble electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies to high standards.
What you will be doing
Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies to engineering drawings
Carry out wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating
Perform labelling, bundling, and final assembly tasks
Conduct inspections to ensure product quality
Maintain accurate production records
Report quality issues and material shortages promptly
Keep workstations and tools clean and organised
Follow safety and quality procedures
What we are looking for
Experience in manufacturing or assembly work (electrical assembly experience desirable)
Robust attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings
Team player with the ability to work independently
Commitment to safety, quality, and production targets
What's in it for you
Casual hourly rate $35-$38 ph (dep on exp) + Super
Temp to perm prospects for the right candidates
Full time ongoing work, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
