Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
We are looking for two qualified Chefs to join team at the Old City Bank and Carrington Hotel. You will be a hands-on chef with a focus on quality and consistency. Your passion for creating superior meals will see you deliver the best dining experience in Katoomba.
About You
Qualified Chef with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
Ability to drive and maintain high and consistent food standards.
Seasonal menu development and costings.
Stock control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Attention to detail and great time management.
Ensure kitchen safety & cleanliness standards are consistently adhered to.
Knowledge and implantation of WH&S; and Food Safety Practices.
Competent with Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook).
