Help Customers Get Road‑Ready – join the Autobarn family as a Sales Assistant!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact! You will play a key role in supporting the team, driving sales performance, and helping to create a positive experience for our loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as playing a key role in achieving store targets.

What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice to customers
Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented store environment
Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices

About You

You’re hands‑on, customer‑focused, and eager to learn. Leadership is a growth area, and you’re ready to develop your skills while supporting the team.

You’ll Also Bring
Previous experience in retail or customer service
Robust work ethic and organisational skills
Exceptional customer service and people skills
A genuine passion for helping customers
