What You’ll Be Doing
Advise clients on employment agreements, workplace policies, and regulatory compliance
Handle discrimination, harassment, and employee dispute matters




Support clients through restructures, redundancies, and organisational change
Assist with dispute resolution, including negotiations and formal proceedings
Stay across legislative and regulatory developments impacting employment law
Work closely with colleagues across teams on complex, multi-faceted matters
Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent, commercial advice

About You
Minimum 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in private practice employment law
Strong technical expertise with a commercial, client‑focused mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and perform well under pressure
Collaborative, positive, and proactive approach to teamwork
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes
