Join Cater Care as a Catering Assistant and become part of a friendly, supportive team delivering nutritious meals and exceptional service to approximately 65 residents at a homely aged care facility.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified mealsAssist with meal service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer serviceRestock supplies before, during,



and after service periodsMaintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing dutiesSet tables and assist with plating and meal distribution

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer serviceCertificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery highly regardedExperience in contract catering, aged care, healthcare, or food service environments is desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environment
