About the Role

You will oversee day‑to‑day site operations across subdivision and road projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve quality outcomes. This role suits a hands‑on leader with strong civil construction knowledge and the ability to manage fast‑paced project settings.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise onsite civil works for subdivision and road projects
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials
Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance
Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting
Ensure works meet design specifications and standards
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients,



and councils
Promote a positive, secure, and productive site culture

About You
Must be an Australian Citizen with Australian experience
Proven experience supervising civil subdivision and road construction
Solid understanding of earthworks, pavements, drainage, and services
Ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks on busy sites
Solid communication and problem‑solving skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Relevant civil construction qualifications (preferred)
