We are looking to hire a full time store manager

Store Manager: Full time

Job tasks and responsibilities
your key responsibilities will be:
To give each customer an excellent shopping experience
Keeping the store fresh and exciting with thousands of merchandise to be selected from
Analyse and predict stock levels and order stocks accordingly
Manage, support and develop a team
Own the shelf via effective shelf management and out of stock reduction strategies
Monitor and provide feedback to Team Members, ensuring they are maximising sales
Reporting directly to the Business owners

Skills and experience
Experience in managing a store or a team
Passion about self- and team development
Proven ability to deliver excellent operational management
Merchandising experience
