The chance

You’ll lead a team of up to eight, including an experienced Assistant Store Leader, and take full ownership of everything that matters — the culture on the floor, the results at the end of the week, and the operational standard that holds it all together.

This role demands two things in equal measure: the ability to develop and inspire people, and the discipline to run a tight, commercially solid store.

Sales performance across KPIs, average dollar spend, and units per transaction
Visual merchandising, stock management, and operational standards that never slip
Smart, commercial rostering aligned to trade and wage targets
