Role Overview

We are seeking wait staff who can deliver exceptional customer service with a kind and friendly nature, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages, providing friendly service to maximise guest satisfaction in line with Hyatt International Standards.
Understand and explain menu content, menu changes and promotional activities to guests.
Maintain clean, tidy, and well‑prepared dining areas, including setting tables for new diners.
Work a rotating roster; major shifts will be dinner service.

Qualifications




Experience in a food & beverage environment of similar standard.
Team player, proactive and eager to progress their career.
Passion for the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
Positive knowledge of wines and other beverages.
Well‑presented and qualified appearance.
Current NSW RSA Certificate.
