Catering HQ is looking for a proactive Wait Staff to join our dedicated team at Nelson Bay Bowling Club on a casual basis. We provide excellent opportunities and career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities

Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and serviceAssist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food itemsUnderstand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirementsProvide exceptional quality,



consistent coffee and beverages to our guestsAssist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management
