About the company:
Our client is a growing renewable energy owner and operator committed to delivering a cleaner energy future. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to optimise the commercial performance of their utility-scale solar and BESS portfolio.

About the Role:
Working closely with investors, operators, O&M; providers and key stakeholders, you'll drive commercial performance across a portfolio of renewable energy assets, ensuring contractual compliance, financial optimisation and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:
Manage the commercial performance of utility-scale renewable energy assets.
Administer EPC, O&M;, OEM, landholder and service agreements.
Monitor asset budgets, revenue, operating costs and financial performance.
Manage contract compliance, variations, claims, warranties and performance guarantees.
Lead commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis.




Coordinate with technical, finance and market operations teams to maximise asset value.
Support refinancing, acquisitions and due diligence activities where required.
Build solid relationships with investors, contractors and regulatory stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:
Experience in commercial or asset management within renewable energy, infrastructure or utilities.
Robust understanding of EPC, O&M; and asset management contracts.
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Australian renewable energy market is highly regarded.
