Main Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting Customers in Rental Process
Daily Reports and general administrative duties at the branch level
Servicing customer's needs and expectations
Communicate with customers both on phone and in person

Essential Requirements
A Positive "Can Do" Attitude
Full and Valid Drivers License
The ability to work within a results-driven team.
Be passionate about delivering an exceptional product to our customers
Australian work rights are required for this position





Desirable Qualifications
Prior experience working within the travel/tourism industry would be well regarded.
Prior customer service experience
Enthusiasm to learn with a "can-do" attitude
Experience within a fast-paced, customer service environment
