About the Role

As a Client Services team member, you will:
Provide support to clients across multiple communication channels.
Respond to client enquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Investigate issues, diagnose root causes, and coordinate effective resolutions.




Build strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
Develop a strong understanding of financial markets, products, systems, trading workflows.
