We are looking for a friendly and mature person with exceptional customer service skills to join our Front Office team as a casual Guest Service Agent.

What will you do?
Welcome guests at the hotel, providing a friendly and personalised guest experience.
Coordinate and action guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Attend to booking requests received via email, third-party sites and telephone in a qualified and timely manner.
Maintain accuracy of guest records, accounts, charges and payments.
Organise and execute routine tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Liaise closely with other hotel departments.

What experience, skills and attributes will you have?

Punctual, productive and courteous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work comfortably within a fast-paced environment.




Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Team focused, with the ability to work autonomously.
Willingness to learn and understand all aspects of the hotel.
Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
Current NSW RSA, or ability to acquire.
Previous experience using Opera Cloud or having worked in a similar role is advantageous.

You must be versatile and available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
