About the Role
CMV Truck & Bus is seeking a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Café Attendant to join our team on a casual basis, working Fridays in our in-house café at our state-of-the-art Derrimut facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a contemporary and welcoming environment where you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for employees, customers and visitors. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. What you will be doing

preparing and serving food and drinks for consumption
taking customers' food orders
operating cash registers, accepting payments and preparing sales invoices
washing dishes,



cutlery and cooking utensils
cleaning cafe equipment as required
help maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas
participating in stocktakes and assisting in putting away new stock

We are looking for someone who has……

Experience working in a similar role (preferred)
POS system experience (desirable)
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and skilled attitude
High level of personal presentation and grooming
Ability to work under pressure
Possess high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Understanding of food safety requirements
