Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information about client needs and changes in client condition to the Care Advisor.
Listen to clients and give them a voice, enabling them to choose for themselves.
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team requiring highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.
What you'll bring
Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
A compassionate, versatile and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team setting.
Qualifications and Evidence
A current NDIS WSC.
