This is a full time position for a skilled chef who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and has a genuine passion for grill cooking. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes on our charcoal grill, working as part of a skilled team during busy service periods.
Your day will include preparing mise en place, executing dishes to our exacting standards, maintaining your station, and contributing to the smooth operation of our kitchen during lunch and dinner service.
