To meet growing demand, we are looking to expand our team at our Dudley Park depot. We are specifically looking for focused, reliable staff who take pride in precision, teamwork, and getting the job done right.
The Role
At APD, we hold ourselves accountable for every single delivery.
This CASUAL role ensures our customer’s freight is sorted accurately so that it’s delivered on time, every time.
Your responsibilities each afternoon include:
Effective and accurate sorting: ensuring a high volume of freight is allocated to specific regional and metro runs.
Loading and unloading: Safely loading and unloading trucks, ensuring freight integrity is maintained.
Yard operations: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised depot.
The Shift and Hours
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 6:30pm
Additional Hours: Extra shifts available leading into the busy Christmas period.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking motivated team players who thrive in a rapid-paced workplace and work well under pressure. No prior experience is required.
We value attitude, reliability, and work ethic above all else!
Must be physically fit and comfortably able to lift up to 25kg.
Ability to maintain focus, speed, and accuracy in a busy warehouse setting.
Robust work ethic with a proven track record of working well with others and problem-solving on the fly.
Forklift Licence highly advantageous, but not necessary.
Prior experience in transport, warehousing, or logistics is regarded, but not essential.
