About The Role
We are seeking a Personal Support Worker for one morning and one evening shift per week, for a total of seven hours. You will assist clients in their daily living activities, helping them maintain independence in their own homes.
Assisting with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs (hoists used when necessary)
Providing personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
Supporting basic wound care and self‑medication
Offering domestic support: meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry
Facilitating community access: driving clients to appointments and social activities

About You

Requirements
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Smartphone device
Current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain it
Eligibility to apply for a Working with Children Check
Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module or willingness to complete it
Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times
