Support the Compliance Manager across trainer and student compliance, nationally — not one campus
Run spot checks and follow through on findings, with real ownership of outcomes
Keep Austra College aligned with the Standards for SRTOs 2025 and National Code 2018
Work directly with the national compliance team — the exposure that actually builds a compliance career

About you — essential




2+ years' experience in compliance, quality assurance, or audit
Comfortable running spot checks and hands-on monitoring, not just reviewing paperwork
Flexibility to put in extra hours during peak compliance periods

Desirable
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
Diploma of Quality Auditing or similar
Working knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and National Code 2018
