About the Role
We are looking for energetic, reliable and positive coaches to deliver fun, structured sports sessions for children aged 2–6 in childcare centers. This is a rewarding role perfect for anyone who loves working with kids, enjoys sport and wants flexible hours. Running Sports programs in childcare centers across Townsville. Monday-Friday mornings 6 hours.

What You’ll Do
• Run 30–60 minute multi-sport sessions (soccer, basketball, AFL, athletics, footy skills, etc.)
• Create a fun, secure and engaging environment
• Build relationships with childcare staff and families
• Represent IFA Sports with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Follow structured weekly lesson plans (provided)
• Deliver programs across centers in your region

What We’re Looking For
• Great energy and love working with young children
• Reliable,



punctual and confident leading groups
• Sporting background (playing or coaching) is a bonus
• Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s license and own transport
• Ability to work independently and communicate well with centers
